1st Choice Property Investments Ltd, it’s Director’s and staff are committed to, and bound by, this strict Code of Ethics and Business Practice.
The commitments we have to our clients are: -
- Using our expertise we will only offer investment opportunities that we believe have the best chance of giving excellent returns on capital.
- Whilst all companies are in business to make a profit we strongly believe that long-term relationships will outlive short-term gain. We will therefore offer these opportunities at the best possible prices.
Property Selection Criteria
There are many property developments throughout the UK that have investment potential although we cannot bring all of them to clients. 1st Choice Property Investments Ltd. will only offer properties which meet the following strict criteria: -
- In regions where there is an existing high demand for housing
- Where sustainable infrastructure exists or is imminent
- Within areas that are not saturated and can demonstrate a rental/sales demand
- The area must show signs of capital growth with no current signs of over-pricing
- Prices, values and discounts (where applicable) are always stated as accurately as possible and are not exaggerated in order to make a deal look deceivingly more attractive
Land Selection Criteria
As an independent broker we are free to put forward the products from many of the companies that specialise in the acquisition of green belt land where there are possibilities for future planning permission. Although land is likely to continue to appreciate in value returns can be excellent if and when planning is granted.
1st Choice Property Investments Ltd. will only offer opportunities that meet the following criteria: -
- Land that is in areas of high demand for housing
- Within areas where residential development is or has recently occurred with adequate infrastructure
- Close to, adjoining or adjacent to existing development
- Clearly defined access to the area must exist
- Services and utilities must be nearby
