1st Choice Property Investments are an independent company who consistently evaluate the market both internationally and here in the UK. We do not offer investments everywhere, but where we believe your money will work most effectively and efficiently.
Constant research and due diligence is very important with property investment and therefore every opportunity has been stringently evaluated before becoming available to our clients.
We cannot and do not pretend to source all or even most of the developments available, but through our extensive knowledge and experience we can provide the best deals from some of the most reputable specialists in the industry, at no extra cost to you, the customer.
What makes us truly Independent
As you have no doubt noticed there are a lot of companies offering properties all over the world. Where we differ from most, if not all of them is that we do not just offer investments directly from developers.
If another investment company has something we feel is 'too good' for our clients to miss out on then we will endeavor to make it available to our clients. Only after expanding our due diligence to the company themselves will we make it available - at no extra cost.
To clarify, we will never load a price or a fee for our company's benefit, but would rather receive a commision directly from the company themselves. This is because our aim is to build long term relationships with our clients, based on trust and the belief that we will always put their interests first.
