1st Choice Property Investments have now become my ‘1st Choice’ whenever I am looking to purchase or simply for advice.  Where most companies are simply offering property of their own, 1st Choice are totally independent and always have my best interests at the forefront of their minds. 1st Choice saved me a total of £26,450 on the purchase of a new flat in Bristol, and this was a genuine saving, not an over inflated price to make it look good.  In this business there are never any guarantees you will make a fortune, but to have someone on your side, that knows the business and the ‘tricks of the trade’ it is very comforting.

I have purchased several properties either via 1st Choice Property Investments or using the services of director Richard Turner before the incorporation of the company.  Although I spend a lot of my own time researching the market both in the UK and abroad, I am always impressed by the knowledge and recommendations from 1st Choice.  The most impressive aspect of all though is the ethical way in which the company does business.  Anything offered for sale is purely there on it’s own justifiable merits and you’d be hard pushed to find anything better, like for like. Believe me I have tried.
